Lisa Corston-Blanche

GoGo

As I sculpt each womb woman, I am deeply aware the bone and flesh of my own hands hold the DNA of all my grandmothers. It is our shared DNA shaping the clay. This Womb Women body of work is in honour of all the women and mothers of my ancestral line. Come explore your own lineage in the sand tray, perhaps even make your own small figurine.
